Stanley is aseasoned Agriculturalist, a university graduate with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture (Extension Educationbias) from Makerere University. With his background trainingin a griculture,he undertook financial courses and worked with the banking sector hence he has an experience of over a decade in business banking and credit working ataman ageriallevel.He has extended skills in financial risk analysis,financial management,planning.,leadership and supervision.

He is very instrumental in crosscutting subject stomentor learners in both the practical courses and technical courses in the dynamic environments. He also assist in the career guidance to learners as well as the staff in making entrepreneurial acumen
